Our Story<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Baili Enterprise Co., Ltd. was established on January 30, 2007, with its headquarters located in Pathum Thani, Thailand. Founded by Ms. Saranjit Wang, the company originally operated under the name Thongrot Food Co., Ltd., focusing on exporting Thai snack products, crispy anchovies, and dried fruits to the Chinese market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the company continued to grow, BaiLi expanded its vision beyond export trading and began exploring opportunities within Thailand\u2019s snack and food distribution industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2012, the company introduced imported mung bean snacks from Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, China, into the Thai convenience store market. Although the business was later discontinued due to market response at the time, the experience provided valuable insight into Thai consumer behaviour and market development.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

In 2013, Chinese investors Mr. Mo Guopiao and Mr. He Haibin joined the company as shareholders, bringing new opportunities for international partnerships and product expansion. During the same year, Bai Li became the exclusive distributor of the Qia Qia sunflower seed brand in Thailand, successfully expanding into both Traditional Trade and Modern Trade markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With strong market development efforts and nationwide sales operations, the company established partnerships with leading retail chains including 7-Eleven, Lotus\u2019s, Big C, Tops, Makro, and other major distribution channels across Thailand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2017, Bai Li launched its own snack products under the \u201cPeeRee\u201d brand, including imported sunflower and watermelon seed snacks from China. The company continued expanding its product portfolio in the following years with brands such as King Kong, Cundo, and Miyu, introducing grain snacks, bakery products, and chocolate snacks to the Thai market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, Bai Li has become a recognised distributor of premium snack and food products in Thailand, with continued growth across retail channels and expanding international partnerships. The company\u2019s rapid development and strong market presence have also attracted significant investor interest, leading to the opportunity to enter the Malaysian stock market on January 16, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
