Managing Director
With approximately 20 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods industry, she has developed deep expertise across food service, retail, and local trading businesses. Beginning her journey as an entrepreneur, she gained hands-on experience in market operations, product distribution, and business development, building a strong understanding of both business growth and consumer needs.
In January 2007, she founded Bai Li Enterprise Co., Ltd. with a vision to create meaningful connections between quality food products and evolving market opportunities in Thailand. Under her leadership, the company has continuously expanded its distribution network, strengthened long-term retail partnerships, and introduced a diverse portfolio of international snack and food brands to the Thai market.
Guided by the belief that business begins with people, she leads with honesty, kindness, and a long-term perspective. Her people-first approach has shaped a culture built on trust, mutual respect, and sustainable growth — creating value not only for the business, but also for partners, employees, and the communities it serves.

Wang Zheng
Chief Operating Officer
Wang Zheng brings nearly two decades of experience in logistics management, supply chain operations, and business process development. With academic foundations in Marketing and Business Administration, he combines strategic thinking with operational expertise to build efficient systems and support sustainable business growth.
Since joining Bai Li Enterprise in 2007, he has played a key role in supporting the company’s development from its early stages. He was involved in sourcing food and snack products from China, facilitating export opportunities between Thailand and China, and contributing to the expansion of product portfolios and market opportunities. Over the years, he has also supported sales and operations planning, strengthened product knowledge within the sales team, and contributed to introducing and distributing new products in the Thai market.
Guided by the belief that integrity drives sustainable success and vision creates meaningful progress, he focuses on transforming ideas into action through disciplined execution and practical leadership. His approach emphasizes honest partnerships, clear direction, and turning long-term opportunities into tangible business outcomes.

Executive Assistant to COO
Beginning his career in finance and later expanding into procurement and sales leadership, he has developed broad experience across financial management, commercial operations, and cross-functional coordination. His career progression reflects a strong ability to adapt, lead, and deliver results while maintaining a clear focus on operational efficiency and business performance.
Today, as Executive Assistant to the COO, he supports strategic initiatives and daily business operations through structured execution and effective coordination across departments. Guided by his working principle of precision in operations, he emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and disciplined execution to ensure smooth workflows and reliable outcomes that contribute to the company’s continued growth.

With over 20 years of experience across retail, category management, sales leadership, and business strategy, Suvisa believes that success comes from creating outcomes that are not only effective, but thoughtfully executed. Her approach combines strategic thinking with attention to detail, always aiming to bring clarity, balance, and a sense of refinement into both business operations and team management.
