2007 Company founded
Baili Enterprise Co., Ltd. was established in Pathum Thani, Thailand, originally operating under the name Thongrot Food Co., Ltd. The company began by exporting Thai snack products, crispy anchovies, and dried fruits to the Chinese market.
2012 Entering the Thai Snack Market
Baili introduced imported mung bean snacks from Suzhou, China, into Thailand’s convenience store market, gaining valuable experience and deeper understanding of Thai consumer behaviour and market trends.
2013 Strategic Expansion & Exclusive Distribution
Chinese investors Mr. Mo Guopiao and Mr. He Haibin joined the company as shareholders, supporting the company’s international growth and product expansion.
During the same year, Baili became the exclusive distributor of the Qia Qia sunflower seed brand in Thailand, expanding into both Traditional Trade and Modern Trade markets nationwide.
2014–2016 Nationwide Retail Growth
Through strong sales operations and market development efforts, Baili established partnerships with leading retail chains including 7-Eleven, Lotus’s, Big C, Tops, Makro, and other major distribution channels across Thailand.
2017 Launch of “PeeRee” Brand
Baili launched its own snack products under the “PeeRee” brand, introducing imported sunflower and watermelon seed snacks from China to the Thai market.
2019–2020 Portfolio Expansion
The company expanded its product portfolio with brands such as King Kong, Cundo, and Miyu, introducing grain snacks, bakery products, and chocolate snacks while continuing to strengthen its distribution network across Thailand.
2023 New Growth Opportunities
Baili’s continued growth, expanding retail presence, and strong market performance attracted significant investor interest, leading to the opportunity to enter the Malaysian stock market on January 16, 2023.

Today, Baili is recognized as a trusted premium snack and food distributor in Thailand, continuing to build long-term partnerships with international suppliers, retailers, and consumers while expanding its presence across the region.
